CNC Heatsink Project

The machining quality is excellent: very precise, clean edges, accurate dimensions, and perfect fit with my design files. The thicker base was implemented exactly as required and the raw 6061 aluminum finish looks very good. Communication was clear, and I received regular updates about production and QC. Packaging and shipping were also done properly. One note: the instant quote was around 41 USD, but after manual review the price was updated to about 90 USD because of the complexity of the part. I understand the reason, but it would help if the automatic estimation could be closer to the final cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and service, and I recommend PCBWay for CNC machining projects.
