C64 expansion port to EP2C5 mini development board

Expansion board to connect EP2C5 FPGA dev board (http://land-boards.com/blwiki/index.php?title=Cyclone_II_EP2C5_Mini_Dev_Board) to Commodore 64s expansion port. All pins are connected through 8-channel level converters TXS0108E (found on Ebay).
