A9COME

We ordered a 6-layer PCB for our A9COME project, featuring demanding design requirements, including tight trace spacing and advanced insulation clearances. The boards have an ENIG surface finish and are supplied individually, without panelization. We were particularly impressed by PCBWay's transparency and customer support: out of 350 boards, three did not pass the electrical test. Your team promptly informed us and offered the choice of waiting for replacement boards or shipping the approved ones and refunding the three rejected units. We chose the refund option, and we greatly appreciated this straightforward and professional approach. Quality control and honest communication are just as important as manufacturing quality, and PCBWay handled this situation very well.
