What is the Maximum Size for a Keyboard PCB with functioning switch LEDs with preset and custom LED shows upon actuation?

Hello!

To whom it may concern, I'm interested in creating an incredibly large interactive art piece that would involve a custom made keyboard grid with LEDs that have multiple preset, and customizable options. Ideally the board would be as large as possible, but I'm anticipating a 47-48" maximum size if we can go that large.

Some requirements would be that the switches would have hot-swap capabilities and south facing LEDs. Screw holes for mounting to a backer panel. And a USB or SD card port to upload LED shows.

I'm not sure what the power requirements would be for something like this, whether it runs on a one or multiple 12V or 24V drivers would be great to know.

I've attached an image of two of my art pieces for reference, I don't expect the tolerances to be as tight because these are non-functioning keys. For size reference, these are 19.5" tall, 36" wide.

Please let me know what the capabilities and cost for something like this would be!

Sincerely,

Jake
