Minimum distance between traces for 250/400VDC

Hello

What is the minimum distance between traces/polygons on your PCBs for voltages like 250V or 400V? is 66 mils/1.7mm enough, it could be less, or more?

My current desing:

Upload a photo: You can only upload 1 files in total. Each file cannot exceed 2MB. Supports JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP
