Looking for male USB-A footprint that is flush with the PCB surface

I am trying to design a PCB as a Christmas gift. I want it to be a keychain with a USB-A male component on one end, so that you can plug it into a USB port and use the power pins to power the circuit on it. I've seen some designs that have the 4 pads directly on the PCB surface, pretty much flush with the rest of the board without having the entire male USB part protruding off the top of it (hope this makes sense). I can't find any existing schematics/footprints, and I'm pretty new to PCB design, so making the footprint is proving to be really difficult. Does anyone have any footprints for such a component or know where I could find one? Thanks!
