Is it possible to have this assembled?

Hi,

I am interested in ordering this design: https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/W10984LXX13_order.html

But I would like if you can send it assembled, or just send the PCBs. If it can be assembled, what is the procedure to order them? How can I calculate the price?
