Is 0.15mm minimum trace/space considered equivalent to 6mil minimum trace/space?

I have a PCB design with minimum trace/space 0.15mm. In your Online Quote for Standard PCB, is it sufficient to specify "6/6mil", or do I have to specify "5/5mil"?
