How to male CPL file

Hi,

I wanted to make a CPL file for you , but I can not find PAD X and PAD Y .

I have seen this from your site

But from KIcad I get following  as I followed the procedure on your website.

Now I under stood that MIXD==POSX==REFX and MIDY==POSY==REFY.

Now how can I get Pad X and Pad Y ?
