This project was a great challenge, since the only way to do it was with a flexible PCB more than one meter long, by far the longest PCB I had ever made, the FPC was the perfect result.
800W flashimg light, tested to 1200W. Very good quality on the PCB, good termination on the HASL, correct copper thickness.
This is the "Thermal Flex Sensor FPC" control PCB with a BLE module and a 1000 mA coin cell for 1.5 years of operation.
