I'm working to make an automatic on/off system of the water pump for a relative who's been having a ton of issues with this as they have to manually turn the motor on/off. They're aged hence the further motivation.I'll be utilizing the NC555 IC to be the brains of this operation. The concept is very simple and requires a few wires in the upper-level tank and underground tank that are used for detecting the water level.The circuit basically turns on the water pump (using a relay) when the underground tank's water level is adequate and upper tank has room for water. If the upper-level water tank doesn't have room for more water or if the underground tank doesn't have enough water, the water pump remains off.I've already made using the traditional method, however since there's a 220V AC input, it's not safe to be used by someone inexperienced.I'm a student currently taking a gap year and plans to pursue Mechatronics engineering and further automate things like those that are otherwise manually done in my city.

This is a DIY handheld gamepad, made using ESP32 microcontroller. You might have seen such game controllers before. But most of them use Arduino. Or more specifically Arduino pro micro or Leonardo board. Because these boards support HID, or human interface devices over USB. but esp32 doesn’t have such feature. So how do we do it? Well, esp32 does have BLE, or Bluetooth low energy, which we can use to communicate wirelessly, over Bluetooth.So we have ESP32 module, as the central controller, then we have the USB type-C port, and a 3.3v regulator to convert 5v to 3.3v. Then we have the programming circuit, using ch340c usb to serial converter with auto programming mode and auto reset circuitry using duel transistors. We also have a battery charging circuit, along with overcharge, and over discharge protection. Which then boost up to 5v, using the boost converter ic. Next we have the joysticks, D-Pad buttons, trigger buttons, Neopixel LEDs, i2c port. And finally a 3way switch, to toggle between USB power and battery power.The gamepad has2 analog joysticks2 trigger buttons2 D-Pads6 addressable RGB LEDsand a i2c portIt can run using 2 18650 Li ion cells, which can be changed using the USB type-C port. And it can also be used to program the microcontroller. The design is inspired by the new ps5 controller, to give it a better look. The GPIO4 is connected to the battery using a voltage divider. So that we can measure the battery voltage. the NeoPixel LEDs will indicates if the controller is connected to a device or battery voltage is low.The code is based on BLE Gamepad library by lemmingDev. In the code I have defined all the GPIO pins for different inputs. Then in the setup there are some initial led animations. And as soon as the board is connected to the device, all LEDs will turn Green. And it will check battery voltage, in a time interval, which is defined earlier. Then we get the button states, and set the gamepad buttons accordingly. Then we take the analog inputs, and map it to suitable values. And finally set the axis according to the values we received. After uploading the code open Bluetooth menu on your Smartphone or PC and you will see a new device pops up. click on that to connect it and you are ready to play.

At this point I have to talk about power mosfets, the ideal mosfets to use in this charger are those that have a minimum resistance and that can withstand a current of no less than 130 A each, this because although the source It is very efficient, there will always be a loss in heat that must be dissipated, which causes an increase in temperature, greatly reducing the conduction capacity of the mosfets and ultimately damaging the charger, it is for this reason that the most robust mosfets should be used. possible and with the lowest internal resistance.I would also like to talk about the necessary inductor for this source since it is very important to take into account its saturation current, since we are talking about around 40A! that they will have to pass forces through the inductor and that it must withstand without saturating it and without changing its nominal inductance value.The fact of using SMD components in this design is because the through components tend to have unwanted components such as parasitic resistors in the capacitor, which in high frequency designs such as this charger can cause deviations in the calculations made for this source, that is why The use of SMD components in addition to making a more compact board design possible, improves the performance of the circuit.For this design he decided to use the IR2110 mosfet driver since it has a high switching speed in addition to a good current of up to 2.5 amps to turn the mosfets on and off, which makes it possible to turn on almost any type of mosfets without major complications and it is achieved practically anywhere.To measure the charging current of the battery, I decided to use a resistance (shunt) to measure through the voltage drop in it, by OHM law clear the current that is passing through it, I decided to do it this way Since we will have currents of up to 40A, it makes it difficult to get a hall-effect current meter that allows us to measure that current.At this point I say goodbye and send greetings to all the colleagues on the platform who in one way or another guided me to develop this renewable energy project, thank you.

This Arduino Uno is the same form factor as the original Arduino Uno, but is made to be solderable and cost-effective for education. The design costs less than $15 per board. All of the parts are either through-hole or large package surface mount, with the exception of the Atmel ATMEGA16u2, which is a VQFN. The ATMEGA16u2 will be pre-soldered before the seminar.I designed this board to teach soldering to Freshman and Sophomore engineering students at Cleveland State University about soldering and PCB design. I will be teaching 100 students over two weekends how to solder a PCB in hopes to inspire students to work on projects outside of class.The course will begin by going over the basics of what a PCB is and how they are made. We will then briefly discuss how this board was designed in Eagle and how to design and order a PCB for your own projects. My hope is that in the future, I will be able to start an elective course completely dedicated to teaching students how to design their own PCBs and then order them from places like PCBWay. We will then move to a brief discussion of soldering and how it works. Each of the 20 students will receive a soldering iron, a VikeDuino PCB, a USB-B Cable, and all of the components necessary to build the board. Using a microscope attached to a projector, I will demonstrate part by part how to assemble the board and how to solder. Once soldering is complete, we will load the bootloader to their board and upload a sample program. We will then program the boards with a test script___ and hook up a test circuit to the Arduino to verify that each pin works.After the class is complete, each student will have soldered his or her very own Arduino Uno and will get to keep the board for no cost. My name is Sandipratama, i'm a keyboardist who interest in music producing and tech.This PCB project called "DAKON" in javanese it's mean traditional children's game. In this project i build mechanical keyboard with ortholinier or grid layout as normal keyboard and midi controller software because with the grid layout it's much more convenient for making beat like 4x4 drumpad, MIDI CC sender, macro shortcut, or just ordinary keyboard with grid layout.This design decide because the popularity of mechanical keyboard enthusiast has been increased about few years ago. I using Arduino Promicro 32u4 in this project which is capable enough to handle what i need of course and programming flexibility with ArduinoIDE or QMKfirmware builder if it's just for programing keyboard. But nowdays most of mechanical keyboard enthusiast identified mechanical keyboard just a hardware with fancy features that can be modified with pricey parts like switch, case and keycaps just for their prestige without knowing the actual capability.This design used basic 4x12 matrix keyboard wiring, and my plan using ArduinoIDE as base programmer. At the first plan i want to add Hardware Serial port with TX pinout via 3.5mm audio jack for for external midi controller purpose but i run out arduino pinout, so i just add some fancy features like RGB underglow and piezo buzzer breakout.I also had prototype with similliar purpose but just mini version with so much features like MIDI OUT port, RGB led, potentiometer support and encoder support.Thx to PCBway this mini version has been realized and work so fine for midi controller purpose and macropad.Now it's the right time to expand the mini version with bigger one !So many thank's to PCBWay for supporting hobbyist all over the world !

My project is about a smart speaker.I am going to make this project for my school project. It works as a virtual assistance. We can ask any questions to this. And we can also play music, control the home appliances etc..This speaker contains a raspberry pi 0 w as the CPU. But raspberry pi 0 w doesn't have audio in and out functionality. So for that I going to use a USB sound card. And it contains a 50+50 watts audio amplifier for good music experience. The audio amplifier also made by me. I am going to make a video in youtube about homemade alexa. Alexa is a smart speaker and a virtual assistance.And it is selled by amazon but it cost above 8000.So i am going to build it within 3500 rupees($45).It is 5 times larger than original alexa. It has 40+40 watt speakers and 50+50 watt audio amplifier.This alexa is controlled by raspberry pi 0 w which is a cheapest tiny computer.For the audio input i am going to use USB mic.And for the audio out put raspberry pi 0 w has no audio jack or audio functionality.But the raspberry pi 0 w will give analog audio output from the GPIO pins and there is a problem it will give lot of noise so, for that i am going to make a low-pass filter using some resistance and capacitors.So now we have audio input and output functionality.Now to bring alexa to raspberry pi we need to create a developer account in amazon here https://developer.amazon.com/ .After that we need to install noobs os in raspberry pi.
