PCBA team figured out that PCB have vias under the soldering pad which is problem for assembling, we could make another PCB or take a risk to spend components and do job for lot of garbage, but they maid it, PCBA team has made tester and tested all led lines, and fixed problematic bad soldered LEDs. We learned something here :), never put soldering pads under the via !
