transparent led display

PCB portion is High quality, 4 layer pcb was manufactured in corona period so we couldn't have white lot stop, but we agree to have any in that period. A Little minus we have done design with vias under the led soldering pads, which is space optimum, and pcb engineer say that pcb is good to make. but after in PCBA phase we had problem.
