stencil for sigfox devel board

I wrote long description, but Interface delete it during multiple upload (i wrote all in one time) so I'm lazy to write whole thing again, but visually quality is excellent and small spreading card is sweet gift, but it will be used in PCBA company so they wil give me real feedback about it.
