process of creating the pcb is detailed and known, and I can easily check in which phase we are in. also the shipment can easily be monitored. both are very useful, even though it is very quick. in addition, I got the item excatly as i wanted, and in very good shape, after having some help from the staff who make sure when they thought I have a mistake (which I had) no wonder I will get more :)
