Excellent experience from start to finish. I was worried about the wire bonding sticking to the board pads, but the wire bonding was successful. Very happy with the ENEPIG surface finish applied. Received a nice complete report on the impedance testing. Communication was great, I appreciated the photos of the board when they were out of the fab.
