Honestly where do I start? The communication between me and PCBWay's engineers was excellent and professional. I had a query on the 24th, got a response the same day, and was kept in the loop through the Mid-Autumn holiday without me having to chase. The order was placed on the 18th, engineering was resolved by the 24th, and the rings were SLM printed, blasted, and shipped on the 29th. All squeezed into a 3-day window between Mid-Autumn and Golden Week. That's impressive for SLM titanium with post-processing. The 120 mesh white alumina blast came out exactly as specified. A clean, uniform fine satin with no directionality or layer lines. The custom symbol on the face is crisp and clean. The rings are solid, no porosity, no defects. Monolithic TC4, no seams, no compromise. DHL Express tracking was accurate. Picked up in Zhejiang on the 29th, cleared China customs same day, transited via LA, landed at East Midlands hub on the 30th, cleared UK customs at 00:13 on the 1st, delivered the same day. ~36 hours door-to-door from China. No customs fees, no delays, no issues. Would absolutely use them again. The only thing I'd note is that the tracker status ('10% PPE Programming') didn't update to reflect the actual stage for a few days, but the direct communication made up for it completely.
