Wid OpenPCR

Attempt to build an OpenPCR just from the description on the website OpenPCR without a kit or any supplied parts. The OpenPCR is well constructed and seems to work if everything is put together properly. The use of a peltier element together with a PC blower is a perfect solution I think. It's not just about heating, PCR also needs cooling for fast cycling
