The gaps between elements in the electrode array were nominally 80um. The Fabricated product present gaps that were much wider which has an significant impact on our application. Please let us know what the plating options or fabrications specifications need to entail to maintain the smallest possible gaps between features. This is not a review per se, and more of an inquiry of what needs to be done on both ends to assure 3mil design features result in the smallest deviations.
