The manufacturing quality, finish, and overall appearance are excellent, and I am very satisfied with the product itself. However, I believe the **delivery pricing and additional charges need to be communicated more clearly during the ordering process**. When I placed and paid for the order online, I understood that I had already paid the full amount required for delivery. Upon receiving the shipment, however, I was asked to pay additional charges for **customs clearance, duties, taxes, VAT, and other fees**. I understand that some of these charges may depend on the destination country and local customs regulations, but this should be **clearly highlighted before completing the order**, especially if they are not included in the shipping price paid online. Overall, I am **very impressed with the PCB quality and would definitely recommend the manufacturing service**, but greater transparency regarding shipping, customs, and possible additional fees would make the overall customer experience much better.
