Ver 1.2 of the esp32 esphome board

These boards are great this version works but the switches are too close together and the GPIO voltage is fixed at 3.3V. the next version fixes both the switch issue and permits either 3.3 or 5V to the gpio pins. Note the data pin is strictly 3.3V NO 5 V here please.
