USB-ASP programmer Clone

My version of the USB-ASP Programmer for ATMEGA devices. I made some minor modifications to the original circuit, namely adding level conversion to enable programming of 3.3v devices as well. I also added a 3.3v LDO for this. Target voltage is selectable via an additional Jumper on the PCB, JP03. Self-flashing is supported by enabling JP01, Slow SCK on JP2 and power to target on JP04. PCB was manufactured true to the design, solder mask and silkscreen is flawless. component footprints are correct.
