Thermal insert board fro MQTT ESP-32 controller

Built exactly to specification. The 2 oz copper and leaded HASL finish came out consistently across all ten boards, with good solderability straight out of the pack. Fast turnaround on the quoted 3-4 day build. Very pleased with the result.
