Test breakout board

3 boards arrived as ordered. 1 board had short across battery terminals (other two functional) Ordered same boards from two other manufacturers. PCBWay was faster (2 weeks) cheaper, better communication, willing to source small orders parts (compared to 1000 minimums) and was of equal quality based on visual examination. At this point I would recommend PCBWay as my first choice; assuming the single faulty board was an anomaly.
