Sports prototype
So this is a small (around 1/64 or so) model car, of a generic looking Group C/GTP sports prototype. My friend wanted it machined for some reason so I had PCBWay machine it for me, after I edited my friend’s model to be machinable. They did a really good job, some minor surface imperfections and whatever, but given the crazy amount of setups I think it took to make this thing, and especially since it’s small, they did a great job. The bead blasting turned out great too. I might paint it before I send it back to my friend, as it’s part of a competition reward we have going on. One thing I’ll add is that it was very expensive, I’m having that friend split the bill with me, but again, a small CNC machined part with many setups? It’s gonna be expensive.
