Soft start module

At the moment I am quite interested in soft-start circuits and MOSFETs. This is a small prototype circuit that I got online, It worked great on the breadboard, so I decided to move it onto PCB, as it could be quite useful to me in future. I do however have some mixed feelings at the moment, as, although it works extremely well, it is a bit touch-feely, maybe due to some component values not yet being perfect, or the generic p-channel mosfet that I am using, not being the exact right one for the job... This all said, the PCB looks great, and it does work extremely well... Thank you
