Small clock divider board

It's a small daughter board to hold a CD4060BE IC used to divide a crystal frequency. The board is the size of a 24 pin DIP IC so it was panelized. PCBWay did this with V-cuts. It was done very well and it was easy to separate the small boards from the panel. There were extra changes, but on the other hand I have more boards than I will ever be able to use up.
