Shaker test jig rev 2

Pi Pico & TMC5160 based motion control board with power port and plug for motor coil & encoder lines from different manufacturers to allow rapid testing of candidate motoers. Allowed for the Pico to be mounted as a module directly to the PCB or with headers. In this rev 2 the TMC5160-BOB is moved to the side to keep all lines open for future use as board size wasn't a concern. Added 3 general purpose IO buttons and an 'enable' toggle switch with LED indicator to allow stopping and starting the motor easily.

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
