SP-514 v1.1 RTU (remote terminal unit)

Even in prototype versions and proofs of concept, this RTU will have multiple communication options such as LoRa, WiFi, GPRS, RS485, RS232. Additionally, I intend to be able to use a local or remote OLED type display, eventually it will also have power support from Lithium batteries.
