Robotics Team Logo PCB Class

This PCB was created and ordered for a PCB class that was provided to a youth robotics team. The board came out almost as planned; the silver areas where suppose to be exposed copper and we were hoping the LED lights were going to spread more over the flame area instead of just being spots. Overall though we were happy with the product. If we do the class again or choose to order more we will make some adjustments to the design with these two issues in mind.

    We outsource SLM parts for our customers since we don’t have an SLM machine in-house, but the customer was very happy with both the quality and the fast turnaround of the parts.

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
    After assembled I shall edit the sketch of operation and displaying.
