Right earing

I made these 3D-printed earrings and overall they arrived in good condition. The design is an idea i had for my girlfriend and the print quality on the right earring is great. Unfortunately, the left earring arrived with a small piece missing, which was disappointing. It’s still wearable, but the mismatch is noticeable up close. The seller packed the item well, so I’m guessing the defect happened during printing rather than shipping. If the quality control were a bit better, these would easily be a 5-star item. I’m hoping for a replacement part or a quick fix, because I think the style itself is lovely.
