In this review (if anyone reads these reviews at all) I would like to place a special emphasis on the delivery and loyalty of the company, and not on the quality of production, assembly, packaging, etc. due to a logistics problem and the imposed duty, the parcel got stuck between logistics nodes. The company turned out to be very proactive and accommodating, the sales manager (as far as I understand, she contacted) immediately reported the delays, found out the details, helped in obtaining receipts for payment and communicated with the delivery services from her side, and I from mine. In the following few days the problem was resolved. I consider this to be excellent service and loyalty, as well as understanding of the client's situation, when it comes not only to production but also to other aspects.
