The PCBWay team was extremely communicative and sought to resolve issues as soon as possible. I was impressed with their polite tone and quick response time. They worked quickly to source components and let me know when the components I chose did not line up with the footprint/BOM. There was some issues with the components I chose and the PCBway team offered to correct the PCB to ensure component installation was smooth. I had an excellent first-time experience and would come back again!
