Pipe flange

This is a good example of a bad design; the outer flange had some very random distortions that varied from print to print. While very flexible, the material eventually breaks with a crack starting at stress concentrations. It is not quite like solid nylon; eventually the graininess wins Not convinced that GF filler helps. The UTR8220 resin is more plausible for shapes with thin flanges.
