PL Mounts for Broadcast lenses

I designed custom PL mounts for older Fujinon broadcast zoom lenses (for example the A14x8.5BERM-28 / A15x8BDEVM-28 / A10x4.8BEVM-28 as shown in one of the images, I'm sure they fit other lenses too). So I've ordered five PL mounts from PCBWay, which required particularly tight manufacturing tolerances due to the precision necessary for a proper PL lens interface. The dimensional accuracy is critical here: even minor deviations can affect lens seating, flange focal distance, alignment and overall compatibility. PCBWay handled these demanding requirements very well. The parts were manufactured with excellent precision, up to 0.02mm in surface flatness, and the overall quality and consistency across all five mounts were impressive. I'm very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend PCBWay for projects involving precision-machined components and demanding dimensional tolerances.
