Quick to quote and get prices for the components, brilliant support from the efficient and friendly staff, including for the quotation and checking the assembly. The only delay is from ordering parts to the factory, but it has been fantastic to store our custom-made parts at PCBWay - that has sped up the process and reduced the time and also shipping costs of repeat posting. My only complaint is that the staff always apologize for the delay even when they have been super-fast!
