OpenC64Saver V2

This is an open-hardware implementation of the Commodore 64 Saver designed by Ray Carlsen (http://personalpages.tds.net/~rcarlsen/cbm/c64/SAVER/). It will be released as soon as I test it. Aged C64 power supplies tend to output a higher voltage than they should, which damages chips inside the computer. This PCB must be installed inside the C64 and will automatically cut power to the computer when it exceeds safe levels. Board quality is absolutely awesome. Everything is perfect and aligned.
