(New is on left<---) Had an issue with the laser engraving, requested a redo through a dispute. Customer support was very good and fast to respond. Errors were discussed, and the new order was sent in with no extra charges. 10/10 service, thanks Ms. Yu for helping me get things right, and letting me get this present made for a friend.
