NeoPixel expansion board

The Board from PCB arrived really fast. All PCBway reps I worked with were awesome. The four star rating is for the actual board design. I have soldered all the components, yet to test it. The issue though, the designer took a while to publish the BOM and how their board is being used. The second register's ports are not used - all except one. If I were to make a suggestion, I would have the designer get rid of the 1k and rather add 330 Ohms resistors to the Signal pins on each neopixel output. This will help protect the output spikes. The 1K resistors are not truly a requirement.

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
    After assembled I shall edit the sketch of operation and displaying.
