NSRTW_mk4 assembly

5 boards OK, 1 board had a defective STM32L432KC (U9). Visual inspection showed no problem. Solder was very nice. That part would not flash reliably. After changing the part on that board, the board now works.

    Everything went smoothly, the PCB turned out great, even with the line art on the back side. The stencil worked great too. As always big thanks to the PCBWay team for yet another awesome PCB!
    After assembled I shall edit the sketch of operation and displaying.
