NFC Wireless Device

Thank you for your fast fabrication and delivery and responses throughout. There is just one issue I needed to discuss. Of the two PCBs that have all of the components attached, one works perfectly and the other doesn't work at all. Can you please let me know what you could do for the faulty PCB?
