NEMA34 motor shaft coupler; double D to M8 threaded rod

Printed an M8 thread from OpenSCAD and BOSL2 library and was already useable. M5 and M4 might work if chased with a tap. Suspect that M6 is probably the smallest sensible choice for a direct print thread. It's a very nice material to work with.
