Perfect. Excellent workmanship and service. The stencil on the frame was a perfect fit. The production deadline was met perfectly, I received reports and was able to monitor all stages of product and stencil production. Engineering support was excellent; all questions were answered concisely and to the point. The team helped me get excellent service. Why 4 - Suddenly, upon receiving my package in Malaysia, the courier asked for additional customs fees and duties. I've never had to pay that much, even for more expensive items. It was about $35, not a big deal, but very odd.
