MCP23017 Breakout

This is a remake of a previous project in a smaller footprint to make it more compact. I have also added some features, like address select jumpers, and a selectable I2C pullup jumper, as well as grouped the related pins together, making it even easier to use... The PCB was manufactured very well, and to my specifications. I chose a green soldermask to speed up production time a little more. Thank you
