Very good communication during the process. The resulting PCBs were built very well and worked as designed. My only bit of negative feedback is that there's an enormous difference in cost between what's shown on the Order Online page (Pricing and Build Time column on the right) and the final quote, due to additional Bank Handling Fee, Duty & Tax, and DTP Service fee that only show up right before the order is placed. It would be much better to show those fees upfront on that initial order page.
