Infrared reflective detector.

Yes, just another alcohol dispenser. A friend is developing a dispenser for industry and he asked me to develop this circuit. It is to be used to activate a 24V pump. IR detector is based on LM567 chip and it have also a time limit circuit. If the circuit detects the user hands during to much time, it stops the pump automatically. As in previous orders to pcbway, pcb is of great quality and i have received my boards really fast.
