Inductive Low-Side TO-247-4 MOSFET v2
Low-side switch for high-power inductive load switching. Includes ancillary protection components for a HPCL-3120 Gate Driver triggering a 4-pin Kelvin MOSFET. Isolated Kelvin & Power ground planes. Suitable for a 250v 100A Gauss Driver. Note: this version supports a MOSFET-side SiC Flyback Diode + Braking Resistor.
