IDE3380 Heatsink

This is a heatsink for the IDEAS IDE3380 carrier board. The board has a thermal interface pad on the bottom, but does not provide a good means to connect it to anything. This little heatsink uses the existing screw holes to interface from the carrier board to the board it is mounted to. It's a small part with no good clamping surfaces for profile machining. The part was made nicely and within spec.

    Had a few issues where pcbway couldnt understand that I did not require solder mask on this board. Took a while to get the point across.
    Excelent quality.
