High voltage regulator

As always! Quality very good. But the communication is very bad now. If you send a mail, you get a automatic generated "read". At all! This was e very important mail how to send the goods. The result of this non read mail was, that the goods were send with a wrong carrier and I had to pay a hell of money for the administrative work and to get it out from customs. Normally I don't moan, but this is now the second time and always I get a excuse like "I had flue or I was on Holidays). This is why I give only 1 star for communication and professionalism.
