Galvanic Isolation Voltage Monitor

This board provides galvanically isolated monitoring of the remaining voltage of a glow/ignition battery in a gasoline/combustion-powered model engine. Using optical decoupling (optocoupler), the voltage information is transferred to the evaluation electronics without any direct electrical connection between the ignition circuit and the monitoring/display unit. This protects the receiver or control electronics from interference, ground loops, or voltage spikes originating in the ignition circuit, and improves overall operational safety in the model aircraft.
